Custom Order Policy

Design Approval

Before production begins, we will send you a digital proof of your custom design for approval. Production does not start until you have approved the proof in writing (via email or message).

Customer Responsibility for Spelling & Details

You are responsible for reviewing and approving all spelling, dates, names, and other details on your proof. Once you approve the proof, TriSolo Creations is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved design.

Revisions

We offer up to two rounds of revisions on your design proof at no additional charge. Additional revisions beyond two rounds may incur a fee.

Handmade Variations

All products are handmade or hand-finished. Minor variations in color, texture, and finish are natural characteristics of handmade items and are not considered defects.

Production Timeline

Standard production time is 1–2 weeks after proof approval. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee — check the urgent box on our contact form or ask us directly. Rush availability is not guaranteed until confirmed by our team.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before production begins with a full refund. Once production has started, cancellations are not accepted as materials and labor have already been committed to your order.
