How long does it take to make my order?
Standard production time is 1–2 weeks after you approve your design proof. Rush orders may be available — check the urgent box on our contact form or ask us directly.
Can I see a preview before you make it?
Yes — we always send a digital proof for your approval before production begins. Nothing is made until you say it looks good.
What if I need to change something after I approve the proof?
We offer up to two rounds of revisions at no charge before production begins. Once production starts, changes may not be possible.
Do you offer rush orders?
Rush orders may be available depending on our current workload. Check the urgent box on our contact form and include your deadline. We'll confirm availability and any rush pricing before proceeding.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on the size and weight of your order. We'll include the shipping cost in your final quote. Local pickup in the Dallas, TX area is also available.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Currently we ship within the United States only. Contact us if you have a special request.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment via invoice. Payment details will be provided when your order is confirmed. A deposit may be required for large orders.
Can I return a custom item?
Custom and personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will remake or repair the item or issue a full refund.
Do you do bulk or corporate orders?
Yes — we love bulk orders for events, weddings, corporate gifting, and more. Contact us with your quantity and requirements for a custom quote.
