Shipping & Pickup Policy

Processing Time

Standard processing and production time is 1–2 weeks after proof approval. This does not include shipping transit time. Rush production may be available — contact us for availability and pricing.

Shipping

We ship nationwide within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your order and will be included in your final quote. We are not responsible for carrier delays once your package has been handed off to the shipping carrier.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we will provide you with a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the damage before opening and contact us within 7 days. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of your order. TriSolo Creations is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available in the Dallas, TX area. Please indicate your preference for local pickup when submitting your inquiry and we will coordinate a pickup time with you.
